NEW PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT TRANS@
Having constantly in mind the improvement of quality and service to its clients, the Trans@ agency will implement a new project management system, named BusinessManager, from next Thursday 1st October. Using this system, our clients will be able to send their translation requests, ask for a quote or place an order. They will also have a secured access at any time to all relevant documents (deliverables, delivery notes, invoices, etc.) stored on our server.
We will soon send you your personal connection data, as well as a short introduction to the system's main features. If you don't receive it, just request it by sending an email to the administrator from the login page (http://bm.transat.org).

This new workflow will be a great tool to leverage the efficiency of our collaboration. Don't hesitate to contact us for any help or advice.

NEW PREMISES AND A NEW PROJECT MANAGER FOR TRANS@
To accommodate its recent capacity expansion, in June the Trans@ translation agency moved to new premises. Damaris BOUTINON, our new Project Manager, joined the team on 6 July: Damaris BOUTINON

A native of Cognac, Damaris has done her own “Tour de France”, studying and working in Lyon, Strasbourg, Rennes and Nantes before settling down here in the beautiful Montpellier region. Damaris holds a Diploma with mention in a Master 2 in Translation-Localisation of the University of Rennes. She speaks perfect English, German and Italian, and her command of French is skillful and precise. Currently in charge of translation and review work at the Agency, Damaris will soon be managing translation projects, and will therefore be in touch with you before long. I am sure that you, too, will be impressed by her professional approach!
