Our translators are the life force behind Trans@. This is why we are so careful in selecting our translators:
?- our translators only translate into their mother tongue- they only translate texts in their field(s) of expertise
- they have diplomas in translation and each have at least two to three years of experience
When we select our translators, we use demanding criteria and take into consideration their stylistic qualities, the extent to which they master the computer tools available to them, their general culture and ability to understand complex and/or unknown translation situations, in addition to their linguistic and technical skills.
We work with a limited team of translators (50 in total). We believe that it is essential to be aware of the strengths, preferences and working methods of our partners to best coordinate the projects and achieve the best quality.
We maintain the same sustainable partnerships and work as closely with our translators as we do with our customers.
